Critical Care Transfer Awareness Course

Description

The Critical Care Transfer Awareness programme aims to ensure all staff involved in the transfer of critically ill patients receive training in transfer medicine as per the Intensive Care Society (ICS) guidelines (2019)

This multi-professional day provided by Thames Valley & Wessex Critical Care Network, allows clinical staff involved in the transfer of level 2 and level 3 patients to learn new skills and share knowledge in a safe and supportive environment. This course promotes the fundamental concepts that promote safe inter and intra hospital transfer through high fidelity real-time simulation.

The course is ideally suited for Paramedics, ECAs and Ambulance Technicians
